Note: Bouncing or Stop Payment on a check or a Charge Back on a Credit Card may cancel your account,
void your warranties and invite Credit Agencies to become a part of your life & ruin your
credit. In short, don't do it!! If it happens, there is a 48 hour grace period where you
can overnight a cashier check, after which we will submit it to our Check Guarantee Service
for redemption.

After placing an order using Credit Card terms, your card will be submitted for approval.
We require that we have the Billing Address on file, otherwise your Credit Card will
be declined. This is for your protection. If the card is declined, we will contact you for
another credit card. If we do not get a response within two days then the order(s) will
be restocked and your account placed on hold.
|
|
We can not accept International credit cards. All International orders must be prepaid by Wire Transfer.
|
|
Refused shipments are a NO-NO. If you do not want the product, then do not bid on
it. If this happens your account WILL BE DISABLED and you will be billed for freight charges
and a 20% restocking fee. There will be NO exceptions.
|
|
Any and All shipping discrepancies Must be reported within 48 hours.
|
|
The price you bid is what you pay (plus freight).
|
|
We can delete an erroneous bid. If you bid on a item and realize you have made a mistake,
e-mail the Webmaster immediately. Please
do not make a habit of this. Read the product description completely before you bid and,
if you still have questions, contact the Webmaster. Do not wait until an auction closes
to delete a bid, your account will be disabled with little chance of reactivating.

All sales are final. All items carry a 90 day warranty unless otherwise noted. Returns
of product, other than for exchange or replacement, are subject to a 20% return fee.
Shipping fees and/or return shipping costs are Non-Refundable. No returns other than
non-working product after 14 days of receipt will be honored. Should a replacement for
a returned item not be available, a credit will be issued or the product will be
substituted with one of same-or-better specifications. Credits expire 6 months after date of issue.
All returned equipment must be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to return shipment.
To be accepted, all returned products must be conspicuously labeled with the assigned RMA
number and accompanied with a copy of the sales order or invoice. Customer must pack
items being returned complete, with all manuals, cables, accessories, etc., as if they
were new and working condition. Regardless of condition, products must be packaged
appropriately so as not to incur physical damage during return shipping. Failure to do
so may invalidate both the RMA and the warranty. Unauthorized and/or unmarked returns
will not be honored. WholesaleAuction.com will not be responsible for incidental or
consequential damages arising from the use of any product(s) that it sells.
WholesaleAuction.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

By reducing warranties and technical support on auction items, we avoid the additional
costs associated with RMA procedures, which often exceed the value of the merchandise
in question. If you are willing to spend time sorting through various lots of parts and
finding drivers on the Internet, then WholesaleAuction.com is for YOU! The savings will
more that offset the additional time.

WholesaleAuction.com cannot warrant an item that has been improperly used or physically
damaged.
|
|
|
|
RMA Numbers are valid from 14 days after issuance. After you get an RMA number, please
send the item(s) in immediately.
|
|
|
|
Defective items will be replaced with either a repaired or refurbished unit
(even for DOA's). If no replacement unit is available within 30 days, we
will issue a credit memo. Credits expire 6 months after date of issue.
RMA credits are for product only and do NOT include any reimbursement for shipping charges.
|
|
|
|
Any items sent back for warranty repair must have been tested bad prior to returning
the part. We will charge a service fee should we find a returned item in working
condition.
|
|
|
- Find an item you like by visiting our
Auction Floor. From there you can select a category of interest, and then
find an item on which you would like to place a bid.
|
- Place your bid! Once you have selected the item you want to bid on,
enter your unique bidder ID and password. You can even place an AutoBid if you
like. The AutoBid feature allows you to place your maximum acceptable bid for
this item in advance. This way, your bids will be automatically increased to the
next acceptable bid increment should someone outbid your initial bid.
If you have chosen to be notified when outbid, you will be sent an e-mail message
as soon as someone outbids you.

- Bid Logic - It's real simple: The highest bid wins. Ties are decided by
the times bids were placed, earliest bid wins. If there's still a tie, the person wanting the largest
quantity wins. If you place an AutoBid, any automatic increases in your bid will retain
the time of the original bid - so you always win ties with an AutoBid! One final note:
All bids are unique, if you place two bids on the same item, they will NOT be combined,
nor will the new bid replace the old one. Each and every bid placed is independent.

- Auction Closing Times - Auctions close on Monday, Wednesday and
Friday at 2:00 PM Pacific Time and start again on the same days at 5:00 PM
Pacific Time.

- Payment Terms: Prepaid - WholesaleAuction.com accepts Credit Cards for US/Canada Sales
|
- Credit Card Payment: We will try twice to gain valid
approval for your winning bid. You will receive an email after
the first unsuccessful try. You will have ONE BUSINESS DAY to
reply with an alternate card. We will then try the new card. If
we again fail to get an approval, your order will be restocked,
your bidding privileges will be placed on hold, and you may be
subject to any and all fees incurred. Please be sure your
Billing Address is where your Credit Card Statement is sent to. If
they are NOT the same, your transaction will be declined and you will
be subject to the above mentioned fees.

All restocked orders are subject to a 20% restock fee as well as any and all freight charges
that apply. We reserve the right to implement these fees at our discretion.
